Unlocking Your PotentialThe Six Step Coaching ModelThe creation of the Six Step Coaching Model System is due thankfully to my mother. My mum spent countless hours with me in the nursery. She'd tell me wonderful stories of her childhood in her native India. Mother believed strongly in the potential of the mind and to help and prompt me in the personal development of my own life she would often recite poetry to me. One such poem that fired my imagination was from The Elephant Child written by Rudyard Kipling - Six Honest Serving Men. It is this poem that inspired me to create the coaching tool; the Six-Step Coaching Model. I keep six honest serving men. They taught me all I knew; Their names are What and Why and When And How and Where and Who. The Six Step Coaching Model System based upon those words which takes the user of the system from the place they are now to where they want to be - the goal.
So, How Does The Six Step Coaching Model Work?It all begins with understanding your current reality which leads to exploring various options to achieve the desired outcome. To get there it’s vital to establish a systematic pathway that prepares the individual to overcome the inevitable challenges that automatically arise. Brainstorming with self is part of the six step coaching model. It's all about self growth.Taking Success For GrantedThe system is a coaching process that offers anyone a remarkable outcome when used correctly. It can be used to address any area of lifestyle when it's coupled with determination and consistent application. Only you can commit to taking daily action towards your chosen goals. It's vital that you step up and take personal responsibility to unlock your potential. You'll work through the system at your pace on your own. There is no need to work co-actively with a coach as many other models require you to do.
